Sarah was first introduced to yoga and instantly fell in love with this ancient practice when she was 16 year-old. She decided to deepen her practice and completed 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course in 2013, and has been teaching ever since. Her teaching style not only focus on building up strength, stability and flexibility, she also emphasises on breathing, alignment, and self-awareness in order to get the most benefits out of yoga.
Sarah believes that yoga is truly a gift to be shared. She hopes through the practice of yoga, one learns to appreciate and love one’s body a little more, and becomes more capable of perceiving the richness that life offers.
